How To Sow –
There are two ways to sow corriander –

1. The first is bed method. You can sow corriander on both sides of bed. Size of bed should be 2 feet. Sow seed in rows on both sides of bed or sow 7-8 seeds on one place on each 7-8 inch in rows on bed.

2. The second and most easier method is lining method. You can sow seeds in rows.The difference between rows should 1 foot(12 inch)

Other Details –

• Climate & Soil: Requires cool weather in early stages and warm-dry conditions at maturity. Grows best in well-drained sandy loam or loamy soil.
• Varieties:
  • Khushboo Corriander – 5 cuttings of green leaves, 184 q/acre green leaves yield, 3.16 q/acre seed yield.
• Harvesting: Cut green leaves when plants reach 20–25 cm height. For seed, harvest when capsules are mature but still green (to fetch premium price).
• Weed Control: Do two hand weedings — first at 4 weeks, second at 5–6 weeks after sowing.
• Plant Protection: No major pests. Stem gall is the main disease; treat seeds and remove infected plants.
